The Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. This person will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and problem solver who has good self confidence and enjoys working collaboratively with a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsProspect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
• Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
• Help customers by entering PO’s, tracking shipments, investigating complaints, and resolving problems
• Close sales deals and achieve customer satisfaction
• Contribute to achieving short-term sales targets and improving goodwill of the organization
• Help to produce monthly sales reports for the outside sales reps
• Work with outside sales to manage a database of potential customers and contact them regularly
• Assist marketing director with marketing requests and reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Goal oriented team player
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence
• Creative thinker and problem solver

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
